We are looking for a hard-working and well-rounded leader to manage, administer and evolve our sales performance plan within our growing advertising business. In this role, you will work within our Advertising Platforms Sales Operations team to own the design, development and administration of key elements of our sales compensation plan. You will partner cross-functionally to build an effective program that aligns optimally with business strategies and drives desired business performance and outcomes.
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, business analysis or sales incentive plan design, preferably within digital advertising and performance marketing landscape
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and influencing other teams within a complex business environment
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Proven ability to lead change in a complex, global business environment
Solid understanding of data, reporting and the use of systems to implement operational objectives
- Lead planning and design for sales performance incentive fund for a global sales organization
- Partner with Sales Operations Analytics team to perform analyses and build reporting / visualizations that effectively monitor plan performance and attainment
- Support the launch of new products and features with curated, bespoke
- Educate sales team on quarterly performance initiatives and design intake process to facilitate plan feedback - Partner with Finance team to ensure financial viability of programs and adherence to overarching compensation principles
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $250,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
