The Business Operations & Strategy Manager is a highly visible role dedicated to supporting a wide range of key initiatives across all solar operations. You will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Operations and own projects and processes that drive important operational, financial, and organizational outcomes for operations. You will own both strategic initiatives as well as divisional level OKR measurement, partnering with operational leadership to ensure that we are marching towards our goals.
Comfort with ambiguity is essential, as you will need to engage in a variety of projects and distill complex topics into simple, actionable insights. This role requires strong business acumen and operational intuition. As business needs evolve, so will your work. You will work in a highly dynamic environment that may have you running numbers in an excel spreadsheet one day, and helping structure org design the next. Building strong relationships is critical to your success, as you’ll need to engage with a broad set of internal partners - including finance, product, analytics, and our business development team.
