Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Pay: $50.00/hour

Duration: 9 month contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40 hours/week

Location: Remote in Menlo Park, CA

Our client's Small Business Emerging Growth group drives experimentation of new scaled channels and business solutions to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) grow. To do that in a way that does not break the bank, the Moderated Forum sales rhythm was created. It allows one salesperson to pitch to hundreds of long-tail customers by putting them in an invite-only group and driving revenue growth in a 1:many way. In addition, the customers find the community extremely valuable to exchange ideas and grow together. This role is critical to 1) run this channel at scale and 2) take it to the next level by driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end operations and impact metrics of the Forums program
• Identify levers to pull to deliver KPIs using insights from data
• Troubleshoot operational issues and identify improvements to increase the impact of Forums and evolve the program for the future
• Report effectively on program performance, highlights, and blockers to the leadership team
• Work with a variety of cross-functional partners to get support for improving the effectiveness of the program (e.g. tooling improvements, product feedback, product/ technical escalations)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in program management, account management, operations management, growth management, sales management, or equivalent.
• Revenue program management experience involving crafting implementation plans, removing blockers, and meeting deadlines
• Experience in owning and delivering business KPIs
• Strong MS Excel and data analytics skills
• Experience in monitoring work-streams and driving accountability across time zones
• Collaboration skills – demonstrated ability to work with a variety of functional stakeholders to improve program outcomes
