About the Role

At CT, we are searching for a Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO’s right hand, working closely with the Executive Committee and management team. We are looking for someone with two years of experience in Consulting or internal corporate development/strategy.


As COS, the ideal candidate will:

  • Streamline strategic initiatives, oversee program management, and communicate objectives to departments on behalf of the CEO
  • Act as a buffer between the CEO and the executive's direct-reporting team
  • Provide a holistic view of the organization, understanding how each decision affects different business units and how policies translate into real actions
  • Face challenging situations that require quick and accurate judgment
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Serve as CEO's personal timekeeper, managing their schedule and planning essential travels
  • Oversee the strategic plan process, managing relationships with consulting companies, Country Managers, and Business Unit Managers
  • Plan and coordinate meetings effectively
  • Report back to the CEO on relevant KPIs and dashboards
  • Act on behalf of the CEO to answer inquiries and follow up on business initiatives and projects
  • Monitor progress and provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality


  • College degree or FPII
  • 2 years of experience in Consulting or internal corporate development/strategy
  • Project management skills: well-organized and disciplined, with attention to detail and thorough follow-up to ensure desired results
  • Understanding internal and CEO relationships and able to build quick and deep understanding of CT, the business, and strategy
  • Fluent in Spanish, English, and ideally French
  • Multitasking and flexible
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency

    • Good judgement and ability to prioritize and react to situations

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to resolve issues outside work hours on occasion and sporadic travel
