You will be Chief of Staff for the Global Revenue Enablement organization. You will enjoy brainstorming solutions to difficult problems and help shape Autodesk's future enablement strategies. You enjoy organizing teams and developing processes that help the leadership team to track, examine, and improve day-to-day operations. At facilitating conversations, offering perspective and driving discussions to closure. You will be both strategic, tactical, and the results of your work will immediately influence the organization and operation of these teams. You will be an individual contributor. You will report to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement.
You can be fully remote, hybrid or onsite.
• Work with leadership to define Goals to combine relevant plans and metrics to track initiative progress
• Establish and manage regular operational reviews and performance dashboards, where the team can examine how we run the business, the quality of our services, and the customer experience
• Promote operational improvements that create a more efficient organization in delivering global solutions that delight Autodesk customers
• Champion and lead efforts to improve organizational effectiveness and help make Autodesk and this team a great place to work
• Manage communications on behalf of leadership, distilling and communicating important messages to extended teams and collaborators across the company
• Be a sounding board to senior leadership on strategy, team effectiveness, and operations
• Help think through complex, cross-organizational challenges
• Promote design thinking workshops to improve on complex problems
• Lead the weekly tactical meetings, monthly strategic meetings, and quarterly offsite events
• Set agenda for monthly meetings to allow inspection of important plans and a forum for rapid decision-making
• Facilitate meetings using rolling OKR review
• Manage annual reporting and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in a high-tech business environment
• Record of execution of complex programs across organizational boundaries
• Work with both business and technical
• Situational leadership using insightful judgment and managing conflict
• Guide the leadership team and members toward decisions
• Solve difficult issues

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $140,400 and $227,150. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $137,100 and $188,540. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
