We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chief of Staff. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing executive-level support to the company as well as managing day-to-day operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for the executives, managing their schedule and communications.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team, including making necessary reservations and arranging transportation.
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, reports and other documents on behalf of the executive team, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation of meetings and presentations, including coordinating materials and presentations for the executive team
- Manage external communication with clients or key partners on behalf of C-Suite
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company office locations.
- Manage and oversee administrative staff, including receptionists and other support staff
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring that all documents are kept organized and secure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a C-suite executive support.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience managing and overseeing staff
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
