We value the power of collaboration and teamwork; hence the candidate should be committed to working 4 days a week out of the hired city office, but with the option to work within other offices if required (Atlanta, Chicago, and Cincy).

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chief of Staff. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing executive-level support to the company as well as managing day-to-day operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for the executives, managing their schedule and communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team, including making necessary reservations and arranging transportation.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, reports and other documents on behalf of the executive team, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist with the preparation of meetings and presentations, including coordinating materials and presentations for the executive team
  • Manage external communication with clients or key partners on behalf of C-Suite
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company office locations.
  • Manage and oversee administrative staff, including receptionists and other support staff
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring that all documents are kept organized and secure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a C-suite executive support.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience managing and overseeing staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
