Position: Chief of Staff

Location: Port Chester, NY with travel required

Position Reports to: CEO


  • Provide any and all administrative support to the CEO
  • Organizes and priorities critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making.
  • Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success
  • Schedule and maintain the executive’s Outlook calendar of meetings and appointments
  • Manage department communication, ensuring timely responses to incoming calls and emails, including drafting written and verbal responses to all levels of management on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, edit, update and file company documentation
  • Attend meetings and record meeting notes and develop action plans to reinforce the meetings’ purpose, process and expected outcomes
  • Arrange corporate travel and prepare itineraries regarding travel accommodations
  • Assists with preparation of expense reports through Concur
  • Coordinates and supports office meetings as required including logistics and catering
  • Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives


  • 2+ years’ experience supporting high-level executives
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work out of the Port Chester, NY office and travel with the CEO required
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly detail oriented and organized
  • Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, exercise a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work well with others
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative team player environment
