The opportunity

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to support Adobe’s Chief Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Officer and the Talent, Diversity & Inclusion (TD&I) organization. This high visibility role will play a critical part in driving our efforts to attract, hire, develop, and engage exceptional people globally to fuel Adobe’s growth. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operations of the organization, including global programs, metrics, systems, technologies and more. What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Officer and the Talent, Diversity & Inclusion organization.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, Talent Development, Talent Management, Talent Marketing and Diversity & Inclusion to enhance alignment, create meshing points, and implement evidence based decision making globally for all TD&I initiatives and programs
  • Coordinate reporting of TD&I metrics and analytics; review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve Adobe’s ability to attract, develop, and engage talent
  • Drive leadership team weekly meetings, All-Hands, Open Mics, strategy sessions and more
  • Prepare presentation materials for internal speaking engagements, staff meetings, outside presentations, board of director meetings and more
  • Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Work effectively within a variety of situations, individuals and groups applying the simplify, integrate and scale approach
  • Support Chief Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Officer in the creation, and implementation of strategy, change management, and assist with internal/external meetings and speaking engagements
  • Partner with TD&I leadership team to ensure strategic use of budget, and work with finance to ensure budget utilization
  • Seek to find areas of opportunities for the TD&I organizations and creative problem solve to find the best solutions
  • Onboard new TD&I leaders

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to proactively communicate, manage relationships with and navigate critical conversations among multiple partners
  • Operational and analytical mind that seeks for ways to simplify in order to scale and be agile

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools (email, calendaring)
