Job Description:

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to support the Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Product Officers. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you. What you’ll do:

This critical, trusted leadership role as the right-hand person to both the Chief Technology and Chief Product Officers will drive strategic business planning, support and direct change management throughout the global R&D and Product organizations. This role is essential to the successful delivery of modernization.

About the role: :

  • Act as a trusted advisor and brainstorming partner
  • Lead and guide to help drive and initiate change throughout the organization
  • Help strategic ideas take root and provide early facilitation until a more formal project is established
  • Think strategically while providing tactical support to implement ideas; not afraid to question whether our initiatives match our strategy
  • Provide nimbleness to be able to address pressing business issues that need immediate attention
  • Make connections across the enterprise that others may not see
  • Provide independent, informed, unbiased insight including on the ground feedback

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support includes calendaring and scheduling, travel and expenses as needed
  • Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by calling them to attention and identifying potential solutions
  • Put the appropriate tools and measurement systems in place to drive adoption of technology strategy OKR’s
  • Work with Engineering and Product leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress on modernization OKRs and metrics
  • Drive a cohesive approach aligning to change management activities including communications planning, training and stakeholder management
  • Partner with the leadership team to define, prepare and communicate organization plans, including quarterly, annual and 3-year strategy, staffing, and development plans
  • Establish and maintain the organization’s 90 day rolling plan with the leadership team
  • Support org in preparation of board, executive committee, and presentations
  • Lead planning sessions with the management team and publish progress against them
  • Collaborate with the leadership team, technology governance, HR and finance to track, analyze and report technology performance per OKRs, SLAs, KPIs, project goals, and change initiatives, as needed

Experience:

  • BA/BS degree, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years experience in business or executive management role
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as oral and written skills to communicate complex issues in a concise, straightforward way
  • Ability to build and foster productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • High integrity and low ego
  • Strategic and structured thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bias towards action
  • Highly proficient in technology office productivity and collaboration tools including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack and Asana
  • Experience working with executives in a rapidly growing environment preferably in technology, media, internet or related companies

New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $79,000 - $119,000, actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
