This Series B clinical HealthTech start-up has already received $60M in funding having only been founded a couple of years ago. Because of how quickly they've scaled, the team are looking to add on a Chief of Staff that will own multiple strategic and operational projects and work directly with the CEO and COO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, whilst working with senior leadership and department heads
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
• Manage key relationships and build a process to track and nurture key stakeholders, investors, and advisors

Requirements:

• Passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community
• 6+ years in investment banking or consulting
• Experience at a tier 1 venture capital firm or private equity firm
• You are a strategic and analytical thinker with experience turning data into actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and feel comfortable with ambiguity and change
