Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

About The Position

Our company is growing and we’re in need of a motivated and adaptable individual to support our senior management team as Chief of Staff reporting to our CRO. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the CRO. The Chief of Staff will handle day-to-day management of personnel to allow the CRO to focus on growing our business. The right candidate for the job will contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Key Responsibilities As a Chief Of Staff At Showpad

  • Act as an strategic adviser to the CRO and senior revenue management team
  • Assist the CRO in facilitating effective decision-making
  • Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Participate in regular cross-functional meetings to ensure we are running a effective, collaborative and efficient revenue team timely
  • Assess inquiries directed to the CRO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
  • Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolve

Skills We Are Looking For

  • A Master or Bachelor degree in a relevant area of expertise or equivalent by experience
  • 3+ years of experience SaaS operations or as a management strategy consultant, preferably with international experience
  • Project management skills
  • Preferably experience with other major CRM software in the SaaS area
  • Can translate business processes to concrete solutions
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and continuously changing work environment
  • Willing to travel
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and risk management skills with a curiosity to problem solve, analyze root cause and identify corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Excellent client relationship management and proactive leadership skills with the ability to play a trusted advisor to C-level executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
