Job Description

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the COO, the Chief of Staff will ensure operational efficiency, drive strategic initiatives, and act as a key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements to standardize procedures, and enhance performance using data-driven insights.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and timely issue resolution.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement best practices to improve productivity and manage the execution of company-wide operational plans.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a key contact between the executive team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of company strategies and goals.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, developing strategies to ensure successful adoption and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives, collaborating with the executive team to set and adjust goals.
  • Risk Management: Assess and address risks, and establish backup strategies.


  • 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology and startup space.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and process optimization.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational change.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving operational excellence and growth.
