YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with our company's executive team. This role requires exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills. The Chief of Staff will serve as a key supporter of the leadership team, collaborating with them to drive strategic initiatives and manage day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the management team to define and execute strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement organisational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the company
- Steer and help cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments are aligned with company objectives
- Analyse market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for the executive team
- Build structures for analytical decision-making, including controlling our financials and most important KPIs
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in asset management, investment banking, strategy consulting, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends and challenges
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
