Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff, you’ll assist the founders in managing and organizing the day to day activities of the company. You’ll be seen as the right hand person to the founders with a broad range of responsibilities including managing other executives, overseeing key projects and acting as a liaison between different departments within the company. You’ll be playing a critical role in helping the founders to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

IMPORTANT: Deeper understanding/interest in Football/Basketball, Gaming or Web3 mandatory. Also, HR experience OR at least 2 years of Chief of Staff or Management consultant experience is a must.

Qualifications:

• Native French is a must.
• 2-3 years of work experience as a Chief of Staff or Management consultant
• Excellent MS Office and Google Suit Knowledge.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• University degree
• Deeper understanding/interest in Football/Basketball, Gaming or Web3 mandatory

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders and support them on different projects and tasks.
• Be responsible for registering new hires and handling the payroll, handle new international hires on our EOR payroll platform and take care of company invoices.
• Helping with organizing events, meetings, interviews, etc.
• Be an assistant to our hiring managers, etc.
