Valhalla Holdings is looking for a Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer, COO to support the functions and operational needs of a dynamic and multi divisional holdings company comprised of several individual company brands. The Chief of Staff role will provide direct support to the COO and / or leadership team for individual, departmental and company purposes, responsible for the management and execution of various administrative and regulatory tasks which support the organizations daily functions and operational needs.

This position is perfect for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit as you will be working closely with the COO as well as the Company's founder and CEO. To be successful in this role, you should be confident, well-organized, and have excellent time-management and problem-solving skills. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the businesses by providing personalized and timely support.


  • Collaborate with the leadership and team members on behalf of the COO to determine and prioritize business strategies, providing tactical support to implement business initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Liaison between the COO and other department heads/other exempt employees to ensure goals are being met
  • Assisting COO in management of HR coordinator, Inventory Specialist, Lab Specialist, Administrator Coordinator and other non-exempt employees to ensure swift operations
  • Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes by Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the organization, providing department leaders with recommendations to improve workflow
  • Maintaining internal data base for client, customer and vendor information; adding and/or removing account users as needed and maintaining a historical record of any and all changes
  • Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives, working with leadership to monitor and communicate progress


  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant to COO/ CEO, Operations Manager or Senior Executive Assistant, and an In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and policies within a privately owned organization
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
