JOB SUMMARY:
Chief of Staff Support Analyst will support the Benefit Document Administration (BDA) Divisional Vice President (DVP) in driving BDA’s strategy, Operations Review, and budgeting processes. He / she will support DVP through content development, data collection and analysis, and All-Hands meeting coordination. The Analyst will attend meetings and source information to develop holistic understanding cross-BDA initiatives and will provide updates to DVP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop holistic understanding of BDA initiatives and operations; attend meetings and share learnings with DVP.Support the annual planning process for the division, including development and coordination of information, plans, and goals across departments.Work with the DVP to plan and arrange special meetings, events, activities, and services for BDA.Support implementation of BDA. Leadership management mechanisms. Draft executive presentations/communications, in collaboration with communications team Support the development and implementation of BDA Workforce Strategy Prepare content for monthly operational reviews with Custom Service leadership team Review leadership dashboards to identify key insights Track progress to cost savings targets Prepare executive summary for operational reviews; support deep dive content development on operational areas, when needed Support development and communication of budget targets to division heads; work with Finance to develop financial models to support budgeting process Collaborate closely with departments such as Corporate Strategy, Finance, and Data and Analytics Solutions on key tasks
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations Experience in strategic and financial planning Understanding of healthcare operations Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills Executive-level slide presentations
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
B.A. in business, marketing, healthcare management or similar
