In which areas would you support us?
- Assist the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules
- Creating & updating dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
- Leading hiring processes by drafting & posting job descriptions, outlining an interview process, screening candidates, documentation and onboarding
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure
- Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and making recommendations
- Find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Help the executive team with various tasks
What should you bring with you?
- Experience with budget management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German and English)
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Experience in a project coordination role
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
- Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
