As the Chief of Staff, you will report directly to the CEO.
You will have the opportunity to see the inner workings of a startup, from how a company is run, how a board works, and the decisions they make, as well as the way a startup raises money, communicates to investors and achieves major milestones through coordinated cross-departmental projects.
You will get to work with leaders across the organization including R&D product, design, technology, marketing, customer service, and finance teams to ensure priorities and needs are clearly understood across the organization.
You will have the opportunity to act as a liaison between department heads and the CEO to ensure corporate goals, priorities, and resource needs are clearly understood across all parties.
