The Owners Forum is a network of leading international family businesses. The members of our network are among the most important companies in their respective countries and are represented by their owners.

Around six times a year, our network members come together for forums and member-hosted meetings

Around six times a year, our network members come together for forums and member-hosted meetings in international business hubs and destinations such as Berlin, London, New York, Paris, Rome, Silicon Valley, and Singapore. In these forums, participants share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned related to family entrepreneurship. Additionally, the forums explore global economic, social, and cultural topics, promoting both personal and business exchanges.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPA) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, operations, or strategic planning roles
  • Prior work experience as a Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant, Management Consultant to a C-Level Executive preferred
  • English native or C2 level


  • Excellent research skills
  • Interest in global business & management topics especially in the context of global family businesses
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • High affinity for economic and financial data
  • High level of discretion
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Documentation skills and the ability to transfer know-how and information
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders from a wide range of cultural and professional background
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of leading digital CRM platforms e.g. Salesforce is an advantage

Your Tasks

As Senior leadership, working closely with our two founders as well as senior project managers for each geographic region

  • Development of deep know-how of all member companies in regards to their business segments and international expansion & investment strategies.
  • Development of deep know-how of all member main representatives, their board affiliations and philanthropic engagements as well as their personal areas of interest.
  • Coordination of match-making within the network and with other stakeholders.
  • Innovation and further development of match-making systems for our network especially with the use of digital solutions.
  • Assisting the founders in calls with members and preparing and documenting these interactions.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective communication and coordination between the founders and different teams.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve organizational efficiency. Assisting the founders in developing and implementing the organization's strategic plan.
  • Providing insights and recommendations on key issues and strategic decisions to the founders and senior leadership team.
