Raintree is on a mission to transform post-acute therapy in this country. We are a fast-growth, private-equity-backed, software-as-a-service (SaaS) business that provides the core software system for the majority of enterprise-scale therapy businesses in North America. Our clients are the leaders in the field of Physical, Occupational, Speech and Behavioral Therapy and have complex and sophisticated businesses that rely upon Raintree to deliver patient engagement, an Electronic Health Record system and billing software in an all-in-one platform. Raintree has a long history of success in the industry but as a recently Private-Equity-backed business now has the mandate, ambition and resources to revolutionize both access and the quality of outcomes for therapy patients.
Raintree is looking for an exceptional individual for the role of Chief of Staff. In this role you will be supporting Raintree’s CEO and other key executives in managing key operational and strategic projects. This is not by any means a high-powered Executive Assistant or Project Manager, it is a key partner to the CEO and his direct reports. It is a rare opportunity for a very high-potential executive to significantly accelerate their career trajectory by working side-by-side with a highly experienced and successful CEO on an opportunity that is both complex and where the potential outcome is extremely significant.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
Higher education: An MBA or masters in a related field like finance from a Top 10 university
Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills combined with a high degree of emotional intelligence and diplomacy
Analytically oriented: A strong affinity with data, process engineering and analytics is required to be successful in this role. Experience as a top tier strategy consultant or similar within a Private Equity environment would be highly advantageous
Leadership: Several years of prior experience in a business or executive management position, specifically overseeing multiple departments with an emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Project management: Planning, overseeing, and implementing strategic initiatives requires experience with project coordination, budget management, data analysis, and strong decision-making skills
Ambition: This role would best suit someone who has an exemplary track record of achievement that aspires to ultimately hold a CEO or COO title at a growth technology company. Although this is not intended to be a successor to those roles at Raintree you will be developing experience and skills that will be invaluable in achieving that ambition in the technology industry
Compensation and benefits are designed to be competitive enough to attract the best talent. We offer a progressive mission-driven culture with a focus on ambitious over-delivery and client-centricity. We intend for Raintree to be a career-defining experience for all who join us in our journey. We look forward to meeting you!
We put our Clients First - We are Open and Honest - We are Disciplined, Yet Flexible
We love to Solve Problems - We are Committed to Greatness - We are One Passionate Family
