- You will assist in prioritizing strategic initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated and utilized effectively.
- You will critically analyze and evaluate existing internal processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- You will coordinate and monitor key projects and initiatives for the executive board, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, while continuously reporting on project status to the board and relevant stakeholders.
- You will oversee operational activities and performance within the company to ensure goals are met and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

- You will support the executive board with administrative and organizational tasks in daily operations, including organizing and preparing meetings, creating presentations and reports, and managing special requests and projects.
- You will represent the executive board at internal and external events, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- A successfully completed degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related field. Career changers with relevant experience are also welcome.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in the tech industry.
