Based at the International Headquarters, you will join a unit dedicated to Ubisoft's Purpose and Positive Impact. This department consists of two teams, Impact Measurement and Purpose Office, along with a highly decentralized Green structure supported by project managers and champions in our local entities to accelerate the decarbonization of our activities.
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted deputy to the Chief Purpose Officer, representing her vision and mandate. You will advise and support her in strategic decision-making and assist in leading and monitoring her teams, as well as managing the department's internal and external communication strategy.
- Managing Cross-Functional Projects: Align projects with Ubisoft's Purpose, values, and positive impact.
**- Supporting the Chief Purpose Officer: **Assist in the formulation, communication, and execution of alignment strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Ubisoft leaders, the Chief of Staff community, and project managers to ensure strategic alignment across the company.
- Facilitation: Organize and lead cross-functional working groups, implement communication and training tools, and engage ambassador communities.
- Monitoring: Set up dashboards to track project progress and ensure alignment.
**- Ad-Hoc Projects: **Lead specific projects that are not assigned to another manager.
- Purpose and Values: Facilitate collaboration with internal partners on priority projects to ensure alignment with Ubisoft's strategy, purpose, and values.
- Green Initiatives: Accelerate the decarbonization of our activities using relevant, measurable objectives. This will involve enhancing measurement and forecasting tools and leveraging a decentralized structure to implement pilot projects.

- Leadership: Ability to manage a team of senior talents.
- Operational and Strategic Balance: Enjoy balancing operational and strategic roles in a complex environment with a wide variety of tasks.
- Organizational Understanding: A global understanding of organizational structures and operations.

- Content Sensitivity: Experience in creative teams and knowledge of video game production is a significant advantage.
- Environmental Awareness: Strong interest in environmental issues and the ability to understand and assimilate the technical aspects of decarbonization projects.
