The Role – Director of Business Operations
Reporting directly into Unmind's Chief of Staff, the Director of Business Operations will be a core member of Unmind’s Strategic Leadership Team, helping connect this critical community of leaders to Unmind's executive team. This role with play major part in the company’s ability to scale and positively influence millions of lives through the deployment of a world-class whole-person, whole-organisation approach to workplace wellbeing and mental health.
With a comprehensive 360-degree view across the business, the successful candidate will be well positioned to bring teams together, maximising their impact and “looking round corners” to take full advantage of any opportunities that present themselves across the organisation.
