Ferretti Search is seeking a Director of Operations to guide operational activities for a leading property management firm.
Director of Operations
Houston or Dallas, TX preferred, although candidates throughout Texas can be considered
$140,000 - $165,000 + 20% Bonus. Potential flex for an outstanding candidate
When not traveling 50% of the time, this role is Hybrid - WFH Mon/Fri and On-site Tues/Weds/Thurs
Oversee the strategic and operational performance of properties, including direct supervision of key operational managers
Develop and manage the annual budgets and financial reports, ensuring profitability and financial health
Mentor and lead a team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Ability to strategize for growth and efficiency, with a solid background in operations management
Experience in managing P&L, with a strong understanding of cost control and financial management
Demonstrated ability in leading diverse teams, with a focus on operational excellence and team engagement
