Job Description
The Associate Director of SaaS Technical Operations will lead the operational strategies and technical management of SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless delivery, high availability, and optimal performance of services. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving efficiency improvements, managing a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the organization’s SaaS infrastructure and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SaaS operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of SaaS architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Shell, JavaScript).
Leadership and Management
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
