As a Visual Innovation Team (VIT) Senior Program Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally across VIT, business teams, and support teams in multiple geographies to define and deliver elevated content initiatives that raise the CX bar, and set up mechanisms to scale and reduce content costs long-term. You’ll use data to guide decisions and dive deep to understand areas to standardize and optimize, and translate findings to business requirements and program roadmaps.

The initial scope for this role is to define a global content charter with Amazon's Private Brands team, to deliver on their goals to drive best-in-class and 3D-first content. You will launch a program to establish operational excellence across our content channels that supports virtual scene creations, virtual shopping experiences, and AI-generated 3D, 2D, and video experiences. You will define the priorities of the work-streams, establish KPI's and reporting, and lead delivery of the roadmap.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong program management background and demonstrated experience leading complex, large projects, involving multiple stakeholders. This role will need to deliver results in a sometimes ambiguous environment, and quickly prioritize and adapt to evolving Customer needs.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

Manage and prioritize program life-cycles, often complex and cross-functional, and deliver projects to achieve goals that impact one or more organizations. Define new programs, scope, set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements quantified with one or more metrics. Tactically collaborate with teams in and outside of your organization to deliver results. Apply relevant tools and mechanisms to drive and measure progress. Partner with wide variety of stakeholders including operations, legal, operations, software developers, data engineers, and science teams. Communicate status to all stakeholders through regular business reviews, and escalate issues when required. Identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience 2+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field A passion for 3D, photography, or design, with experience in content creation or production.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
