New Verticals is a fast-growing startup within Uber that enables consumers to get just about anything delivered through the Uber Eats app or UberEats.com! It is the delivery of everything that isn't restaurant food - think groceries, essentials, alcohol, flowers, and more.
As Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work cross-functionally with other Uber teams (i.e. Support, Product, Legal, Account Management) and lead high impact and scaled initiatives focused on our merchant partners (Albertsons, Costco, 7-Eleven, and more) that can exponentially grow this new arm of the Uber Eats business.
This role calls for a well-rounded combination of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills! We operate in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly adaptable candidate who is able to adjust between long-term critical initiatives one moment and rapid, tactical actions the next.
At Uber, we reimagine the way the world moves for the better. The idea was born on a snowy night in Paris in 2008, and ever since then, our DNA of reimagination and reinvention carries on. We’ve grown into a global platform moving people and things in ever-expanding ways, taking on big problems to help drivers, riders, delivery partners, and eaters make movement happen at the push of a button for everyone, everywhere.
We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, work with us, and let’s move the world forward, together.
