I recently joined Monarch Tractor as a BizOps Manager wherein I work closely with the CEO to help execute on our corporate objectives as we scale sales and production. Monarch has 250+ employees across USA, India, and Singapore with our production facility in Ohio. My job requires me to work closely with stakeholders across the company, gathering unique insights into the challenges faced by each role and working towards unblocking major growth blockers. I have spent the first few months building and gaining trust from around the table, and am now taking on the responsibility of program managing critical revenue generating functions like sales, production, and deliveries. My primary task is to maintain the broader picture that has been laid out by our CEO and the Board and to ensure that plans are distilled down to the execution layer on the company. To that end, it would be extremely valuable to have a community of like-minded folks that are in similar situations, to facilitate the exchange of ideas, learnings, pitfalls, and best practices. I am curious about the various resources and tools that other BizOps network members leverage to increase their output. Overall, I see this community as a way to improve the effectiveness of the people responsible for driving growth and change across the best companies across the world.
Fun fact about me: I taught myself how to solve a Rubik's cube over the pandemic and now I can solve one in under 90 seconds everytime!
