Hi there, I've worked in Business Operations at a variety of small and mid-size organizations. I'm now in the exciting position to be building out a BizOps team at Bill.com! Traditionally, I've loved the speed and scale at which BizOps operates and find it to be one of the most challenging and inspiring roles one could take on. Now, I'm struggling with how to best scale our team to better serve the business (e.g. Functional vs. generalist orientation, developing career paths, process for accepting new engagements). I'm hoping to take this team from scrappy to scaleable and looking to share thoughts with other leaders in the profession!
Outside of work, I'm an avid sports fan, reader, volunteer with numerous organizations, and make a mean cocktail. Looking forward to (potentially) being part of this group and getting to know others with similar challenges and passions.
