I am hoping to learn more about how to best chart a career within BizOps as well as I am looking to learn about how to best navigate stakeholders' conflicting interests and how to best prioritize projects in the face of said conflicting interests.
Additionally, I am just looking for people to talk shop with and to understand the varying forms and roles that BizOps can play within different types of companies (e.g., B2B vs. B2C or B2B2C.
I am more than happy to share my experiences working in multicultural environments, as an American who's been living in Germany for over 5 years, I have plenty of experience regarding intercultural communication and miscommunication. Also, I am happy to share my knowledge regarding customer success strategy and operations and how companies can optimize and leverage their post-sales function to not only drive NRR, but also contribute to data-driven product management.
Fun fact: I tend to pick up accents very quickly without meaning to...this has led to some interesting interactions when visiting the UK :)
