I transitioned from the corporate setting to entrepreneurship in 2016 and haven't looked back since. After getting my feet wet trying to implement 2 very early stage ideas from other founders and learning through those failures, I landed in my current role. Operations is a grab-bag of various tasks and management that tries to ensure everything runs as smoothly as it can, and I hope to continue learning how to do that effectively from others and on the job.
Strong bg in finance & accounting
Solid understanding of business strategy
Have reviewed and used a variety of tools/services
I'm still relatively new in Operations so would like to absorb as much expertise as I can, particularly in how to set up a strong operational foundation for a company on the verge of scaling and then how to ensure scaling effectively.
