I have around 10 years of experience in the field of operations, working with both smaller startups and Fortune 500 companies.
I spent 4.5 years at McKinsey, consulting fast-growth tech companies or Fortune 500 clients on operational or digital transformation topics.
Afterwards I was the Managing Director of Delivery Hero in Hungary for 3.5 years where I operated the local market. I grew the team from 100 to 400 employees and from 500 to 5000 freelancer riders.
On top of the above experiences, I had a few shorter jobs at companies such as EY, Rocket Internet or Scalable Capital.
A few months ago I started my own company building on the BizOps experience I gained, we're developing an operations monitoring & incident management software.
I'm based in Budapest, Hungary, have a wife and a mini-dachshund, and as a fun fact, I used to be a professional DJ during my university years, playing at the largest clubs in Budapest (and St. Gallen).
