‍The BizOps Network (LinkedIn) was founded in 2021 as a community hub and learning platform for BizOps, program management, and strategy leaders to connect, share best practices and learn the skill sets that would help them and their teams operate at their highest level. We offer purpose-built networking and learning opportunities to accelerate our members’ careers.

The BizOps Network is a partner community of the The Chief of Staff Network (LinkedIn) the leading professional community of the top Chiefs of Staff around the world with over 350 members. Our members have actively contributed research, shared learnings and stories, and professional development resources to help operators excel and organizations to best utilize the role.

The Biz Ops Network is new! We're welcoming our First 50 Founding Members this month from early stage startups to high-growth companies, non-profits, and public companies across a variety of industries. Membership is by application only. We review every applicant individually validating previous career experience, role & responsibilities, and their employer.

New BizOps Network members will also have the unique opportunity to cross-network and learn from over 350 Chiefs of Staff in the CoS Network.

The Chief of Staff Network is our partner community. We often see Chiefs of Staff transition to lead Biz Ops teams and vice versa. While there are many similarities between roles, they do have their own unique qualities that warrant separate communities with overlapping programs.

We believe there is greater value for members of both communities by sharing resources, tools & frameworks, events, learning programs, networking opportunities, and more.

Our community meets in an atmosphere of confidentiality, respect and trust to learn from one another and exchange ideas. We are a unique group of operators & generalists working to build world-class companies. We help each other dig into real situations impacting our businesses, people, culture and careers everyday.
