Diverge Health: Chief of Staff

At Diverge Health, we are a team of entrepreneurs passionate about improving health access and outcomes for those most in need. We partner with primary care providers to improve the engagement and management of their Medicaid patients, providing independent practices access to specialized resources and clinical programs to address medical, social and behavioral patient needs.

What You’ll Do

As Chief of Staff, you will be a key member of our executive team. You will work across our business to ensure we are aligned around the right priorities and focusing our resources against those priorities. Equally as important, you will take on responsibility for impactful cross-functional special projects.

Key Areas You’ll Add Value

Driving quarterly/annual OKRs development and alignment in partnership with the broader executive team.

Managing consolidated leading indicators and performance reporting.

Managing internal communications and Board reporting in partnership with Chief Executive Officer.

Leading cross-functional and executive team meetings and offsites.

As an early-stage business, there are several one-time and ongoing special projects that arise week-to-week. These projects will change but could include fundraising support, competitive landscape tracking, select vendor partner selection, compliance support, and priority states research.

To note, for the right individual, this role could evolve into a central team or market team functional and/or operational role

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in consulting and/or cross-functional operational roles

Experience in healthcare, specifically within a risk-based entity is preferred

Bachelor's degree, and MBA is preferred

Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills

High emotional intelligence, proactive, organizational skills, humility, and interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong desire to continuously learn
