You will join one of our offices either in Madrid or Paris to work in teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues.
In this role you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations.
The team you're about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our team as Chief of Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for harmonising communication and processes between the Candlelight teams and the events operations team, as well as working on strategic projects internal to the whole Candlelight organization. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
You are degree qualified, with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
