The Chief of Staff will serve as an extension of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), providing high-level support in driving organizational initiatives, managing strategic projects, and fostering effective communication across all levels of the company. This individual will be instrumental in organizing company-wide data and transforming it into actionable plans. The Chief of Staff will have involvement in various areas including M&A, strategy, commercial readiness, marketing, customer success, finance, product, and people.
Collaborate with the COO to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with HelloPearl's mission and vision
Partner with our finance team to develop and maintain the Operating Plan.
Assist in preparing board presentations and other relevant reporting materials, as requested by our investors
Undertake various projects championed by the senior leadership team (COO, CTO and more), with a focus on commercial excellence and growth readiness
Provide comprehensive support to the COO, including meeting preparation, and priority management
Lead and oversee critical projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Work with our Head of Operations to develop and implement company-wide performance metrics and KPIs
Track progress against strategic goals, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
Help prioritize key projects, facilitate collaboration and communication across departments, fostering a culture of transparency, teamwork, and accountability
Drive organizational change initiatives, working closely with leadership to assess impacts, communicate effectively, and ensure successful implementation
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or similar position in a high-growth startup or technology company
Investment banking, management consulting or commercial background preferred
Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from inception to completion
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive accountability, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and evolving environment

**For California, New York, Washington, and Colorado Applicants. The expected annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
