As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be playing a central role in the company. It is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to international and challenging projects across CEVA.

The role is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from seasoned C-levels and entrepreneurs, attend strategic meetings, and work on key and impactful projects across the organization, defining future areas of development. It is also the perfect entry point into a fast-track career within the company. We are looking for a talented professional at ease working at the crossroads of strategy and execution who loves the challenge of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment


  • Support CEVA leaderships’ team governance (Comex, Strategic committees, Management Meetings) : propose the relevant agendas, prepare meetings, follow up on key decisions and actions
  • Prepare CEO presentations and communications for key internal and external events
  • Participate in strategic and operational initiatives by leading them and reporting results back
  • Keep up with industry trends to be able to navigate and understand various conversations with ease
  • Deploy best practices, new tools or approaches within the team whenever relevant
  • Execute the business vision operationally


  • Top-tier master’s degree in Engineering or Business
  • 5+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (where he/she operated at a Project Manager level) or in M&A/ private equity
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Organized and structured and has a lot of drive along with a can-do/ will-do mindset
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and volatility and learn new skills quickly
  • Thrives in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment
  • Communicates easily with different personality types
  • Speaks English fluently (French is a strong plus)
