About The Role

The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe.

As we are investing more and more into Growth Marketing and Brand Marketing, we’re looking for a talented lead for our Growth Marketing analytics team who has a strong quantitative background, excellent technical skills, and sound business acumen.

You will be responsible for measuring and guiding our ATL Marketing spend as well as BTL by mastering attribution techniques and LTV prediction. In addition, you'll provide insights to each local and global Marketing team and own various parts of growth analytics to support all growth channels (Performance Marketing, Affiliates, Influencers, TV, OOH, etc.).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing Media Mix Modelling to understand the long term impact of all our Marketing actions on sign-ups
  • Providing a measurement framework to all our ATL channels (TV, OOH, PR, Sponsorship, etc.)
  • Understanding the most cost-efficient way to grow our base and our brand equity in each region
  • Working closely with our Media Agency and Integrated Media team to prepare future campaigns and media planning
  • Delivering exhaustive performance retrospective of each sizeable campaign
  • Monitoring the impact of our brand equity on business metrics
  • Building dashboards, reports, queries to give maximum visibility on what is happening to Revolut Marketers
  • Conducting a deep-dive analysis to understand complex problems
  • Defining attribution models and adapting to new developments (SKAN, Google Sandbox, etc.)
  • Building LTV prediction models and ROI models
  • Owning growth data strategy and infrastructure including MMP interactions
  • Understanding interactions between channels and the impact on organic
  • Building our auto-bidding engines for Performance Marketing
  • Measuring creative efficiency

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in measuring the performance of large ATL budgets (TV, OOH, Print, etc.)
  • To be an expert in the ATL measurement framework, including econometric
  • Experience in building/supporting multi-channel Media planning
  • To be an expert in attribution models and relevant experience working with MMPs
  • Experience in Marketing automation and automated bidding strategies
  • A true passion for Marketing
  • A strong background or education in a quantitative discipline (e.g. STEM degree, relevant work experience)
  • Great skills with SQL and databases
  • A minimum GPA of 3.5/4 (US), 60% (UK), 8/10 in any other country

Any of the following

  • To have worked at a large tech company worth more than US$15B
  • Experience at a well-known selective non-tech company: Tier-1 or tier-2 strategy consultancies, tier-1 media agency
  • A STEM (technical) degree from a top 15 university in the US, top 5 in the UK, top 2 in any other country
