About you

We are in search of a dynamic, innovative individual to fill the role of Head of Operations. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the accurate documentation of sources, recommendations, and supporting data. You are dependable and understand the commitments of a startup. But, you have developed the maturity to strike the life-work balance for yourselves and others. You are not afraid to admit when you are wrong and pivot quickly as needed.

The Role

As the Head of Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks spanning day-to-day operations, supporting product development, assisting the CEO in managing sales, and helping drive growth and ensure the success of our innovative solutions in the healthcare market. This position will report to the CEO.


- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to streamline workflows and increase efficiency

- Manage day-to-day operations, including but not limited to vendor relationships and logistics

- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational performance

- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base

- Manage system to track potential clients

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations

- Work closely with the product team to define product requirements and specifications based on market research and customer feedback

- Act as a liaison between the product team and other departments to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities


- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred

- 5-7 years of work experience in healthcare or related industry

- Ability to work independently on projects while effectively contributing to a team environment

- Strong understanding of operations management, sales strategies, and product development processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preference for:

- Candidates who demonstrate a deep commitment to the problems we are solving

- Experience building digital health platforms, particularly B2B2C technology

- Experience in a fast-paced, early-stage healthcare startup environment

- Candidates located in Washington, DC, New York, or mid-Atlantic. If based elsewhere, as-needed travel to DC or New York City will be expected for this position
