Job Description:

Overall Purpose: The Planning & Administration team provides support to the Office of the CEO and other corporate initiatives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This role has responsibility for the annual corporate planning calendar, including managing and coordinating support staff calls, deliverable process management and partnership alignment. The role leads end-to-end planning and execution for events, communications, leadership meetings and more. Heavily involved in the bi-annual leadership conference for the company’s top 80 leaders. Also leads the briefing process across external speakerships, customer interactions and other key events. Additionally, the role coordinates and executes special projects. The role represents a unique opportunity to build relationships and work with senior leadership across many business units within the company.

Unyielding integrity and demonstrated experience with maintaining confidentiality across highly sensitive matters. Team player but comfortable operating independently in an unstructured environment. Extremely organized, able to balance multiple workstreams and focused on meeting tight deadlines. Ability to build strong relationships and coordinate across many constituents. Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Career desire to be a leader.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of company experience preferred.

Location: 208 S Akard St, Dallas TX (no relocation offered).

Designation: This role is an in-office role, averaging 4 days per week.

Time in role: Target rotation length is 18 months.

Salary Range:

$118,800.00 - $178,200.00
