About the role
- Chief of Staff reporting to the CEO. This is a remote leadership position that will require 50%-70% travel to trade shows and client visits.
- $150k - $175k base salary, commensurate with experience. 5% commission on all closed business generated by the candidate, up to 15% yearly bonus, and stock options round out the comp plan.
- 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or HR required. Must have 5 years of experience as a COS.
- Experience in business development is a must-have.
- Portfolio management of 500+ CXO list of the Fortune 1000.
- Must be adept at strategic planning, client management, event preparation, standing in for the CEO, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic recommendations and helping drive key business initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across departments to meet the company's objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic plans and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage the company's operational rhythms, ensuring efficient meetings, workflows, and decision-making processes.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress on company goals.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and act as a liaison between leadership and employees as needed.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, events, and client visits.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, or senior project management role, preferably in a high-growth tech or AI-driven company.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of executive leadership. Must have business development experience.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to execution.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to foster collaboration and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and leverage key business metrics.
- A strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
