Fiona Myers

I started my career fresh out of Wellesley as the first woman hired onto the Projects team of a company that designed, installed and operated lottery systems. It was sink-or-swim, on the job training and I learned a lot in a hurry. When I made the jump into the world of Management Consulting as a lowly Research Associate it was still a bit of a boy’s club, but I was able to soak in lessons right from the B-school crowd as part of a growing consultancy where I collaborated daily with all levels of the organization. I became head of the research department at that consultancy, now known as Oliver Wyman. From there I went to EY doing research once again, then to American Lawyer Media, then back to EY (a firm well known for having many ‘boomerangs’). I’m now part of a rapidly expanding team of BizOps experts, each of us aligned directly with the Partners we support and responsible for their full lifecycle engagement operations. I manage our offshoring program in India, sponsor our training pillar and co-lead our tech pillar. I have the honor of working with some of the most vibrant and innovative people I’ve ever known.
