The Chief of Staff network has been incredibly helpful for me, and I honestly started seeing immediate value on Day 1 of joining.

The network offers numerous opportunities to further growth, development, and camaraderie - I think it'd be challenging to navigate the CoS role alone without this group of people.

The role can be ambiguous and challenging- participating in this community of support means being able to share what you know and accelerate your impact as you lean on others’ learnings. The experience has been an invaluable investment in my career.

Mary Kate Sinha

Chief of Staff at Plastiq

The BizOps Network has been an awesome place to meet other people tackling the hard challenges of scaling an ambiguous function. The community and people themselves are amazing, and the resources provided are dedicated specifically to our needs. It's my go-to resource when I have a difficult problem I'm looking to solve. I explored other formal networks similar to this one, and BizOps Network is by far the best.
