I am currently a Business Operations Manager at Lattice, and spend the majority of my time focused on improving our GTM processes / systems and leading longer-term, strategic, cross-functional projects. Prior to Lattice, I worked in private equity for four years at a firm focused on mid-sized B2B SaaS companies. I'm really interested in spending more time understanding how I can use my finance background in an Ops role, as well as hearing best practices and ideas from this group on forming and tactically implementing new processes, systems, and strategies at a large company. One fun fact about me - I love to hike (ironic given my Midwest location) and typically spend at least a week or two each year exploring a new National Park!
