Bio
I am currently Head of Business Operations at Seso, Inc., a Series A startup focused on workforce management solutions in the agriculture industry. Prior to joining Seso, I worked at Ardent Venture Partners, a seed stage venture fund, and Indeed, where I held various roles across Sales Strategy and Finance and led a product team focused on internal platforms. I began my career in B2B Sales at Applied Predictive Technologies, a startup that was acquired by Mastercard in 2015.
I hope to foster a supportive environment in which my peers and I can grow by sharing genuine experiences from my varied professional background. I hope my peers are approaching the community with a similar open mindset!
I am particularly passionate about developing authentic leadership styles and influencing with and without authority, which I think are particularly relevant to BizOps roles. I am currently relatively new in my role and interested in learning how my peers have built out the BizOps functions in their respective companies.
A fun fact: I can tell what type of airplane I am on by the sounds it makes while it takes off!
