I have ~10 years of leadership experience: including as head of operations in the FoodTech, FinTech, and now in AI-backed recruitment tech. My most recent startup (Wade & Wendy) was acquired in May 2021, and I am now the head of operations for PandoLogic (the acquiring org). Expertise in people operations (recruitment, HR, and accompanying software space), enterprise customer success, enterprise SaaS growth, and AI strategy. Former Chief of Staff (and member of the CoS.network).

I have a very deep pool of knowledge about talent acquisition, HR, and DEI best practices, as well as the accompanying software landscape. I also have a deep understanding of bleeding edge growth tactics: building digital communities, managing digital events, leveraging emerging channels for growth.
