I have an engineering background and my most intrinsically motivating role was when I was in a chief of staff type of role to the Chief Operating Officer at Equifax as it gave me a good understanding of how businesses operate. Making an impact at an organizational level, working on cross-functional, cross-business unit initiatives was very rewarding and enjoyable.
