Bio
I am the COO of Church Media Squad, a subscription-based graphics and marketing firm started in 2017 by two graphic designers (Michael and myself) who had no business starting a business. Over the years, we've experienced significant growth both business-wise (this year we achieved a long-time goal and made it onto the Inc. 5000 list!) and personally.
Our rapid expansion has outpaced the support, camaraderie, and collective experience we previously drew upon from peers in our niche market. The challenge has fueled my desire to evolve as a leader and a manager. I am especially interested in connecting with fellow 'accidental' operations leaders who found themselves thrust into this role, much like myself. My goal is to share challenges, dialogue on solutions, but mostly learn from others who have way more experience than I do.
Fun fact: I'm an American who lives in Germany and our company is 100% remote with our employees spread all throughout the world!
