Matt Vegliante

Hi BizOps Network! My name is Matt Vegliante and I recently started a new position at Lucid Software as Sr. Manager of Business Operations. Prior to joining Lucid, I spent eight years as a nuclear submarine officer in the US Navy specializing in strategy and operations. I managed teams of various sizes and experience levels in everything from day-to-day operations to implementing new technologies that changed the way submarines operate. I am excited to build a network of others working in BizOps that I can share ideas with and learn from.

1. Working with the military and government agencies. 2. Team leadership from my experiences in the military. 3. Cross-Functional Project Management.

I am hoping to grow into my new role by sharing my experiences with others and learning how others in BizOps have been successful. I not only have a lot to learn for my own professional development, but also for the benefit of my team and company.
