Bio
I am currently working as a bizops manager at Anchorage Digital with a focus on GTM Strategy and Operations. My main responsibility is to work with business leaders across sales, marketing, and product to identify & solve operational inefficiencies i.e. process/system improvement, help design go-to-market strategy, structure GTM team (Sales & BD) compensation plan, as well as streamline reportings for senior leadership and the board members. Prior to Anchorage, I worked on various investment banking and strategy roles at Goldman Sachs and Silicon Valley Bank.
Through this network, I’d like to expand my connections with professionals who share similar background (or had similar background) with me and be able to talk to like-minded individuals. Also, I am excited about the opportunity of getting acquainted with professionals in senior business operations role & gain career inspirations from them.
Fun fact: after my first ski lesson, I conquered a double black ski trail at Alta Ski Area using pizza ski (i.e. snowplow down a slope)!
Also, I love making delicious cocktails/steaks for my friends/loved ones!
